Rygor Auto opens first Mercedes-Benz site dedicated to car aftersales


Rygor Auto’s dedicated Mercedes-Benz passenger car service and repair centre at Heathrow is now open for business, adding to its nearby van and truck centre services.

This move follows the successful establishment of Rygor Auto Gloucester as an Authorised Mercedes-Benz Repairer last year.

With 18 ramps, including an MOT bay and a four-wheel alignment bay, the new Heathrow site will provide a comprehensive range of services to Mercedes Benz car owners including an express service for chauffeur and taxi businesses and a customer waiting area.

John Keogh, Rygor’s managing director, said: “This is another exciting step for Rygor Group of which Rygor Auto is a significant part. Rygor Group is known for delivering fantastic customer service, and this will absolutely be the case in the premium car sector too and we have loved already welcoming customers to our new site this week.”

With more than 30 years of industry experience, general manager, Ben Farmer, will oversee the site’s daily operations: “All customers can be assured that they will receive a first-class service as we are really putting ourselves into the shoes of all our customers to consider what they each require.”

He said the centre’s express service would double the attention on the vehicle, for half of their customer’s time, with two Mercedes-Benz certified technicians servicing the vehicle.
