Luxury Meets Cinema: The St. Regis Toronto Shines At TIFF 2023

The Toronto International Film Festival, which takes place this year between Sept. 7 to Sept. 17, 2023, is one of the world’s premier film events so there is always lots of interest around who will be partnering with TIFF.

The St. Regis Toronto, a hallmark of luxury and refinement, announced today its partnership with the Toronto International Film Festival as an official hospitality partner. The hotel will become TIFF’s House of Celebration, with limited-time tailored offerings available September 7th to 17th, 2023. With its prime location in the heart of downtown Toronto, The St. Regis Toronto is the perfect embodiment of cultural sophistication and glamour, an ideal partner for the internationally renowned film festival.

“We are truly honoured to be named an official hospitality partner of the Toronto International Film Festival,” said Hiren Prabhakar, General Manager, The St. Regis Toronto. “Our commitment to delivering an exceptional experience aligns seamlessly with the spirit of TIFF, and we are excited to welcome guests from around the world to partake in the celebratory festivities of this momentous time with The St. Regis Toronto.”

For a truly immersive TIFF experience, The St. Regis Toronto is pleased to offer the TIFF Room Stay Package: Red Carpet Glamour. This package is inclusive of an exclusive three-course dinner for two at the iconic LOUIX LOUIS Grand Bar & Restaurant, special in-room amenity with a bottle of Laurent-Perrier Champagne, plus a 90-minute Sothys Red Carpet Facial at the five-star Spa. LOUIX LOUIS will also debut a set two- or three-course menu of enticing French-Canadian cuisine with a touch of red-carpet flare. During dinner hours guests can also stop by the Astor Lounge to enjoy a stunning seafood tower and two TIFF-inspired cocktails. For patrons looking to end their night with an elevated late-night snack, LOUIX LOUIS will be open late serving small bites inspired by all the regions featured in TIFF’s 2023 film selections. Lastly, The St. Regis is offering a $1,000 specialty cocktail called The Pink Life — a Louis Tres (LOUIX XIII) based drink that offers a twist on the classic old-fashioned, garnished with rose cucumber cordial foam, gold leaves, and dry rose petals. Served in a golden frame box with flower base, with citrus fragrance smoke, the cocktail is inspired by the 2007 box-office hit, La Vie en Rose.

The St. Regis Toronto extends the VIP experience to guests and Torontonians with Spa treatments to get ready for the red carpet. The Spa at The St. Regis will offer two special treatments – the Refresh and Glow Facial and the Sothys Red Carpet Experience.

Finally, TIFF festivities will come to life from September 8th to 10th from 2-6pm in the St. Regis lobby, where hotel guests will be treated to a bespoke experience featuring a local artist creating live illustrations of guests. These high-fashion styled portraits will capture the essence of TIFF with their elegance and charm while providing a treasured keepsake of their time at TIFF.

The St. Regis Toronto is the city’s most coveted address. In the heart of downtown, the hotel offers a remarkably central location, steps from Toronto’s most preeminent landmarks and the city’s premier shopping, theatre and entertainment.
