Charlotte Murray named managing director at Marketing Delivery


Digital marketing specialist Marketing Delivery has appointed Charlotte Murray as its first-ever managing director.

In her new role, Murray will head a strategic review of the business, setting a course for innovation to address the needs of automotive retailers in 2025 and beyond.

Murray, whose career in automotive marketing spans nearly 30 years, joined Marketing Delivery as commercial director in 2022. The business said her efforts have been pivotal in revitalising the company’s operational strategy, culminating in 2024 being its best year for new client acquisition since its inception 17 years ago.

Reporting directly to Jeremy Evans, who remains CEO, Murray will focus on equipping retailers with advanced digital marketing tools to thrive.

Marketing Delivery currently supports over 500 automotive retailers, ranging from independent dealerships to national multi-franchise groups. Its flagship marketing automation platform, VoiceBox, delivers targeted email, SMS, and social media messages to optimize customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
